This second FOTGWO album shows quite an evolution compared to the first one : the heavy drones are still present, but this time they are accompanied by organs, some vocals and an ambient-sounding piano.
The concept 'Death - Time - Emptiness' is about the three pillars of reality : death, time and emptiness.
The first track, 'Death' is accompanied by organs, some piano and vocals. In the middle of the track, a long organ-lead enters, while the distorted drones fade into flanger-drones. 'Time' has some industrial drumming, bowed ambient bass-guitar and spaced-out piano sounds. The last track, 'Emptiness', the longest and most minimalistic piece on this album, is a 37-minute drone-fest, accompanied with waterfalls of crystal-clear piano-notes...a vortex dragging you deeper and deeper into the emptiness, like a beautifull dream that doesn't seem to end...
