This album contains some of the oldest UDOM-tracks, the first recorded UDOM material ever. The UDOM-songs on this split-CD were unfinished versions, with only guitar, acoustic guitar and some drums and synths. Both 'They Never Hope' and 'In The Mist' were re-recorded and appeared on the UDOM demos later on. An extract of 'Silent Dreams' was used as intro for the re-recorded version of 'Symphony I - Deep Dark Red'.
The IDNM-track was the first song ever written for this project, it also appeared on the first IDNM demo/album, 'Fade - Die'.
